Can I buy individual tickets for sold-out days?

If a day is sold out, we are unfortunately unable to issue any further tickets for the time being, even if only a few people are involved. We may be able to release further capacity at a later date. This depends on the first few days that the market is open, because then we can better assess whether we can accommodate more visitors.

What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes admission, all drinks and all food. Here you can see the food and drink selection for the Christmas market and the Christmas dinner free of charge. Curling, tree-trunk nailing and all additional entertainment activities can also be used free of charge.

What is included in the VIP ticket?

In addition to faster admission, the VIP ticket also includes access to the heated VIP tent. The tent has plenty of seating and its own mulled wine and drinks station. The food of your choice is available at the Christmas market. For groups of 10 tickets or more, we will automatically reserve contiguous tables for you in the VIP tent.

Is the Christmas market open to the public or is there a box office?

Admission to the Christmas market is only possible with a valid advance ticket. There is no box office, tickets can only be purchased online. Tickets are limited per day so that we can adhere to our hygiene concept and all guests can enjoy their visit without long waiting times.

How long is the Christmas market open?

The Christmas market is open daily from 16.11. to 30.12.2025 from 17.00 to 22.00. The market is closed from 24.12. to 26.12.2025. There are four different admission times to minimise waiting times at the individual huts. The admission times start at 5.00 pm, 6.00 pm, 7.00 pm and 8.00 pm. At weekends, there are no tickets for the 8.00 pm admission time and a smaller ticket contingent.

The indoor Christmas dinner can be booked from 19 November to 23 December 2025. It takes place from Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 23:00 in the Spreespeicher.

Is there also vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free food?

Yes, we also offer vegan dishes. The mushroom pan, soup, roasted almonds and pretzels are all vegan. We do not offer special gluten-free food, but people with coeliac disease should also find what they are looking for here. You can find an overview of the dishes under Food & Drinks.

Are there heated seats for warming up?

As a matter of principle, we are not using radiant heaters on the grounds this year. They will only be used in the food and drink huts for our employees, as the heat can be kept in there more effectively. In addition, there are a number of fireplaces dotted around the event area where you can warm up if necessary. Generally speaking, it is winter and a Christmas market naturally takes place outside, so you should always wear warm clothing.

Is the Christmas market barrier-free?

Yes, with restrictions. Please note that there are some old rails and cable bridges on the site. In addition, the floating part of the Christmas market is completely covered with wood chips, which may present an obstacle depending on the type of mobility aid. Barrier-free toilets are available in the Spreespeicher building. There will be a special entrance to provide wheelchair users with barrier-free access.

Is there a left-luggage office?

No, please only bring what you absolutely need to the Christmas market, we have no way of storing your luggage and other items for the duration of your visit. Only bags, rucksacks and bags up to the size of an A4 sheet of paper are permitted. 

Can I bring my dog with me?

No, because your dog would much rather be without noise and people. Places like Christmas markets also harbour many other risks for dogs, such as unsuitable food and cigarette butts on the floor, which can be ingested and cause health problems. It can also happen that very hot drinks are spilt in the crowd and can hit the dog.

Is there mulled wine with a shot?

Yes, we also offer mulled wine with a shot for a small surcharge. Please buy stamp cards for this at the entrance. However, only card payment is possible (EC or credit card).

How does the crockery return work?

This year we have also opted for a reusable concept for our food.

To ensure that the all-inclusive experience is a pleasant and clean experience for all our guests, we ask for your help. Please do not throw your used crockery and cutlery in the rubbish bin, but leave it in the designated areas. Thank you very much for your support!

Where can we see how many tickets are available for our preferred date?

On the Buy tickets page, you can select your preferred date on the left above the ticket categories using the „Book“ button. The available number of seats for each ticket category will now be displayed below the price.

Is it possible to make an exclusive booking for the Christmas market?

No, the Christmas market can no longer be booked exclusively.

Can food also be packed and taken away?

It is not permitted to take away food and drinks. Our concept is designed to offer our guests an unforgettable experience on site, including the consumption of food and drinks on site. In an all you can eat restaurant or buffet restaurant, no food can be packed and taken away, as it is intended for consumption on site.

Consumption of marijuana / cannabis

We would like to point out that the consumption of marijuana / cannabis is not permitted on the Christmas market site. Our Christmas market is a place for the whole family, where we want to create a festive and cosy atmosphere for everyone. However, the smell and effects of cannabis can affect the well-being of our guests - especially families with children.

Can I consume as many drinks as I like?

Yes, in principle you can drink as many drinks in a row as you like. We use drink tokens to regulate the distribution of drinks. Each person receives a drink token on entry, which you then return when you leave the Christmas market. You receive one drink for each token. Several drinks cannot be consumed at the same time. 

Indoor Christmas dinner

How do I get in for dinner?

Admission to the dinner is exclusively via the Spreespeicher building. Please note that you must first check in at the Dinner. All dinner tickets are valid from 6 pm and the Christmas market can only be entered after check-in in the building. 

What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes admission, all drinks and all food. Access to the Spreeterrasse with a view of the Christmas market and winter activities is also included.

Is the Christmas dinner open to the public or is there a box office?

Admission to the Christmas dinner is only possible with a valid advance booking ticket. There is no box office, tickets can only be purchased online. Tickets are limited per day so that we can adhere to our hygiene concept and all guests can enjoy their stay without long waiting times.

Can I also visit the Christmas market in addition to dinner?

Yes, the Christmas market can be booked in addition to the dinner and is accessible from the Spreeterrasse. Important: Access to the Christmas market cannot be granted spontaneously, the combined ticket must be purchased in advance. 

What are the opening hours?

The indoor Christmas dinner can be booked from 19 November to 23 November 2026. It takes place from Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 23:00 in the Spreespeicher.

Is it possible to make an exclusive booking for the Christmas dinner?

Yes, the Christmas dinner can be booked exclusively. However, this requires a minimum number of 200 participants and a minimum turnover. We can also offer you attractive alternatives as an event location. Please make an individual group enquiry.

Reservation

Can seats be reserved?

Seating at the Christmas market
No, it is not possible to reserve a seat at the Christmas market. There are several forest taverns with seats as well as forest taverns with standing room. There are many other places to sit scattered around the grounds.

Seating in the heated VIP tent

If you have purchased tickets for the VIP tent, we will automatically reserve contiguous tables for groups of 10 people or more. Otherwise, due to the limited number of tickets, there are enough seats for all ticket holders.

How does the seating allocation work at the Christmas dinner?
Our seating arrangement is based on tables of 6, which are arranged into tables of 12.

  • Groups of 6 or 12 people automatically get their own table.
  • Groups with fewer or more people (e.g. 10 people) will probably share the table with other guests so that the 12 seats can be fully occupied.

To ensure that guests who belong together are also seated together for subsequent bookings, we request that you state a group name when booking.

Can tickets be reserved?

Tickets can also be reserved for a maximum period of 10 days from a number of 20 tickets. In all other cases we are unfortunately unable to offer this option for organisational reasons. If the tickets have not been paid for by then, you can return to the regular advance sale. Please use the following Form.

Is it possible to book the curling rink?

The curling rink cannot be reserved, but our experience shows that anyone who wants to play will get the opportunity to do so.

Where can I see how many tickets are still available?

You can find an overview to see how many tickets are still available on which day and in which time slot here.

Can I also purchase vouchers?

Yes, you can also purchase vouchers and give them as a gift, for example. However, please note that the vouchers can only be redeemed for available dates. Here you can book the vouchers.

Cancellation

Can individual tickets be returned?

As with concert tickets, it is not possible to return tickets. The background to this is that sports, leisure and cultural offers of any kind with a two-week cancellation and return policy are difficult to plan and economically viable. This is also the view of the legislator, which is why the Distance Selling Act expressly does not apply to a contract between you and us as the organiser for the provision of services in the field of leisure activities (Section 312 b (3) No. 6 BGB).

Can the tickets be rebooked?

Yes, this is possible. If you have booked tickets for the wrong day, it is possible for us to rebook the tickets up to 14 days before the booked date. The processing fee for this is €10.00 per ticket.  

The process is relatively simple:  

  1. Book your favourite tickets online for the right date 
  2. Please send us your rebooking request via the Contact form with the old and the new booking number 
  3. We will cancel the old tickets and refund the amount paid less €10 per ticket.

Can I change my ticket to a VIP ticket?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to simply change your Christmas market tickets to VIP tickets.

However, there is the option of rebooking normal tickets to VIP tickets up to 14 days before the booked date.

The process is relatively simple:  

  1. Book your favourite tickets online for the right date 
  2. Please send us your rebooking request via the Contact form with the old and the new booking number 
  3. We will cancel the old tickets and refund the amount paid.

Payment

What payment options are offered?

We offer the following payment options:

  • Master/Visa credit card (AMEX expected to be possible from October 2025)
  • Paypal
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay

For companies wishing to purchase more than 20 tickets, there is also the option of purchasing tickets on account. Please inform us of your wish to purchase on account via the corresponding Booking form with. However, payment must be received within 10 days, otherwise the tickets will automatically go back on sale.

Can tickets be purchased on account?

Purchase on account is only possible for companies and from a minimum quantity of 20 tickets. Please inform us of your wish to purchase on account via the corresponding Booking form with. Please send us your contact details and billing address. You will then receive a confirmation of your reservation together with an invoice with payment terms (10 days). As soon as the invoice amount has been received by our payment provider, the tickets will be dispatched automatically. If payment has not been made, the tickets will automatically go back on sale.

Tip: In any case, your company will receive an invoice with a recognised company address, which you can enter yourself in the payment process. If your company does not allow payment via Paypal or company credit card, it is also possible to place the order with a private credit card and have the money reimbursed by the company via an expense reimbursement.

For the sake of simplicity, we ask you to favour one of the payment methods in the online shop in order to keep the administrative effort as low as possible. You will receive an invoice in any case. Payment on account is not possible for private individuals.

Will we get an invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice in PDF format sent to your email address directly after the online purchase. You can also enter a company address during the purchase process, which will then appear on the invoice. You can download the invoice in the confirmation e-mail.

Why does my name appear on all tickets?

This has no special meaning, but is simply the procedure of our ticket provider. All tickets are name-independent and can be transferred and sold to other people without any problems.

Are there children's tickets?

Children under the age of 6 are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket. Children aged 6 to 16 pay a reduced price depending on the time of day. You can also buy tickets online.
