We are looking for motivated and reliable team members for various areas - with and without previous experience. Whether in the hut, at the entrance or as a logistics hero in the background: team spirit, reliability and good humour are what counts for us!

  1. Hut heroes (f/m/d) 
    16,50€ per hour - To the position
  2. Set-up, dismantling & logistics assistants (m/f/d)
    16,50€ per hour - To the position
  3. Heads of Huts & Area Managers (f/d/d)
    18,00€ / 20,00 € per hour - To the position

👩‍🍳 1st hut hero:inside (m/f/d)

Your role:
You will work directly in one of the huts and help to ensure the perfect Christmas market experience - serving drinks, serving food and interacting with guests.

What you bring with you:

  • Reliability and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work at least 3 days a week, ideally on consecutive days
  • Catering experience is a plus, but not a must - we will train you!

  • Flexible locations (you can also rotate between the cabins)

🔧 2nd set-up, dismantling & logistics helpers / runners (m/f/d)

Your role:
Whether before, during or after the Christmas market - nothing works without you!
You make sure that everything is in place: during assembly, during operation or during dismantling. There are two areas of application:

🔹 Set-up & dismantling helpers:inside

You lend a hand when the market is being set up or dismantled - from the hut to the decorations.
Ideal for you if you have experience in event or trade fair construction, manual dexterity and a hands-on approach.

🔸 Logisticians / Runners

During the event, you are constantly on the move - between the warehouse, huts and kitchen. You supply the huts with supplies, transport materials, provide support in the background and keep the market running.

This is physically demanding, often outdoors in wind and weather - we will equip you with suitable clothing. You should be resilient, reliable and persistent.

What you bring with you:

  • Manual skills or experience in event, trade fair or stage construction (for assembly/dismantling)
  • Physical resilience & willingness to work in wind & weather
  • Reliability & team spirit
  • Availability ideally 3 consecutive days per week - preferably more
  • Independent way of working & quick comprehension

What you can expect:

  • Varied tasks with an experienced logistics team
  • Central role in operations - whether before, during or after the market

🛖 3rd hut bosses & area managers (m/f/d)

Your role:
You take on responsibility - either as a hut manager for a single hut or as an area manager for an entire area of our Christmas market. In both positions, you will ensure that processes run smoothly, that your team is motivated and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

🔹 As a hut manager, you are responsible for:

  • the operational process in a fixed hut
  • the guidance and instruction of your hut heroes
  • Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
  • Reporting to your area managers

What you bring as a hut manager

  • Willingness to work at least 3-4 consecutive days per week
  • Structured way of working & desire to be part of a team
  • Independence & team spirit

🔸 As an Area Manager, you also take on additional responsibilities:

  • the management of an entire area with several cabins
  • Coordination of personnel & processes in your area
  • Contact person for your team & for the event management
  • Overview of logistics, replenishment and deployment planning

This is what you also bring to the table as an Area Manager:

  • Experience in catering with event management or in team management
  • Organisational talent, sense of responsibility & strong communication skills

What you can expect:

  • Hourly wage hut manager: € 18.00 per hour
  • Hourly wage Area Manager: € 20.00 per hour
  • A fixed hut or fixed area - no daily change
  • Responsibility for your own team and area

Shifts daily from 16.00 - 23.00 from Monday to Sunday possible, as it suits you best

Fair hourly wage

Your Hourly wage amounts to 16,50 € and is therefore far more than even Father Christmas pays
