Dear ticket holders,
To make the event and evening as enjoyable as possible for you and the other guests, here is some important information.

Parking and arrival
There are no parking spaces on the premises. The parking spaces on the premises are all rented out and vehicles will be towed away. Please use the surrounding parking garages (UBER Arena, Contipark, East Side Mall, nhow Hotel) or the parking zone opposite on Naglerstraße/Ehrenbergstraße.
Temporary waiting times
Experience in recent years has shown that there may be short waiting times at some of the huts (e.g., for pulled pork burgers or, later on, crêpes). Experience has shown that this is particularly the case shortly after admission times on the hour. We adjust our offerings and the size of the huts every year in an effort to further reduce waiting times.
We ask for your patience and recommend that you look for another hut with a significantly shorter line for 10-15 minutes in the meantime. The peak times are actually always of very short duration.
Bad weather
Like other christmas markets, our christmas market takes place outdoors. Please remember to wear appropriate clothing and bring umbrellas. Rain ponchos and umbrellas are also available for purchase at the entrance.
Exhibitors / Handicrafts
Every day, there are different small local vendors selling handicrafts and jewelry at the christmas market. If you are still looking for the perfect gift, be sure to bring some cash with you. We only have a total of three exhibitor spaces on the grounds, which are conveniently located for you.
Restrooms
The toilets are located at the entrance and at the ends of the christmas market. The toilets can only be reached via stairs.
The grounds are not barrier-free
Due to the structural conditions of the listed grounds, the Christmas market is not barrier-free. In order to enable people with limited mobility to visit, we ask that you register in advance using the following form.
Games
There are several games at the market for everyone to enjoy together. In addition to the two curling lanes, the following attractions are scattered throughout the market: log nailing, High Striker, XXL Jenga, and XXL 4-Wins.
Consumption of marijuana/cannabis
We would like to point out that smoking cannabis on the grounds of the Christmas market is not permitted. Our Christmas market is a place for the whole family, where we want to create a festive and cozy atmosphere for everyone. However, the smell and effects of cannabis can impair the well-being of our guests—especially families with children.

Admission
The entrance is located at Stralauer Allee 2b. The dinner will take place at Spreespeicher. Please note that you must check in at the dinner first. All dinner tickets are valid from 6:00 PM, and the Christmas market can only be accessed after checking in inside the building. You will receive a wristband at the entrance. Bags will be checked at the entrance. If you have booked as a group, please come to the reception together. We will then seat you at your table.
Valid ticket with QR code for each participant
Please show us the QR code on your printed or digital ticket. Each participant needs a QR code.
Restrooms
The restrooms for the Christmas dinner are located in the main hallway of the building and are labled.
Dinner tickets with Christmas market access
Access to the Christmas market is only possible with the appropriate ticket/wristband. For safety reasons, no drinks from the dinner may be taken to the Christmas market. If you have booked the dinner with Christmas market access, please also read the information about the market. The entrance to the Christmas market is directly via the terrace, not via the main entrance to the market. You may switch between the market and the dinner as often as you like.
