We are looking for motivated and reliable team members for various areas—with or without previous experience. Whether in the hut, at the entrance, or as a logistics hero in the background: team spirit, reliability, and a good mood are what count for us!

Hut heroes (m/f/d)
16.50 € per hour - On site
Setup, dismantling, and logistics assistants (f/m/d)

👩🍳 1. Hut Heroes (m/f/d)
Your role:
You will work directly in one of the huts and help to create the perfect christmas market experience—serving drinks and food, setting tables, and interacting with guests.
What you bring to the table:

Reliability and teamwork skills

Willingness to work at least 3 days per week, ideally on consecutive days

Catering experience is a plus, but not a must – we will train you!

🔧 2. Setup, dismantling, and logistics assistants / runners (m/f/d)
Your role:
Whether before, during, or after the christmas market—nothing works without you!
You make sure that everything is in place: during setup, during operation, or during teardown. There are two areas of responsibility:
🔹 Setup & teardown assistants
You lend a hand when the market is being set up or taken down—from the huts to the decorations.
Ideal for you if you have experience in event or trade fair construction, manual skills, and a hands-on approach.
🔸 Logistics staff / Runners
During the event, you will be constantly on the move – between the warehouse, huts, and kitchen. You will deliver supplies to the huts, transport materials, provide support behind the scenes, and keep the market running smoothly.
This is physically demanding work, often outdoors in all weathers – we will provide you with suitable clothing. You should be resilient, reliable, and persistent.
What you bring to the table:

Manual skills or experience in event, trade fair, or stage construction (for setup/teardown)

Availability for ideally 3 consecutive days per week – more is welcome

🛖 3. Hut Manager & Area-Manager (m/f/d)
Your role:
You will take on responsibility—either as hut manager for a single hut or as area manager for an entire section of our christmas market. In both positions, you will ensure that processes run smoothly, your team is motivated, and our guests have an unforgettable experience.
🔹 As hut manager, you will be responsible for:

operational processes in a specific hut
-
managing and training your hut heroes
-
ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
-
reporting to your area managers
What you bring as a hut manager

Willingness to work at least 3–4 consecutive days per week
-
Structured approach to work & desire to be part of a permanent team

Independence & team spirit
🔸 As an area manager, you will also be responsible for:

Managing an entire area with several huts
-
Coordinating staff and processes in your area
-
Acting as a contact person for your team and for event management
-
Overseeing logistics, supplies, and resource planning
What you bring to the role of area manager:

Experience in catering with event management or team management
-
Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
What you can expect:

Hourly wage for hut manager: 18.00 € per hour

Shifts available daily from 4 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Sunday, whichever suits you best.
Fair
hourly wage
Your hourly wage is 16.50 €, which is by far more than even Santa Claus pays

Your tasks
Hut hero
We have lots of huts with hot food, sweets and drinks that we need your help with to ensure our guests have a fantastic evening at the market.
Gatekeepers
Hundreds of guests arrive at or leave the market every hour. You are the first and last face they see in the evening, and you make them smile. You have the right answer to every question.
All-rounder
Our guests are ravenous and thirsty! To make sure the huts don't run out of fuel, you'll need to be as fast as the wind and fetch supplies for all those hungry mouths.
